If we want to create a bird garden, the first thing we need is of course a birdhouse. Once we have placed a birdhouse — made or bought, big enough for birds and in a material suited to our climate — at a suitable spot in the garden, it is time for the plants that will attract birds with their nectar, scent and colour.
